Advice or advocacy, developing the best solution for you
During my years in Estes Park, I’ve practiced before the Public Utility Commission and held a position as a planning commissioner. I’ve negotiated and litigated disputes involving homeowners, HOAs, insurance companies, real estate agents and construction professionals.
Previously, in my work for the Department of Justice, I both prosecuted and defended a wide range of national environmental matters, and I taught for ten years at the Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center, training assistant United States attorneys in courtroom skills and medical professionals in how to be witnesses in health care fraud trials. In private practice, my litigation cases included timber logging as well as veterinary law and evidence.
I have been a frequent continuing legal education presenter and contributor. An avid hiker, I’m also a forensic photographer, guide dog puppy raiser, and licensed amateur radio operator (KDØQBQ).
