Robert has over 25 years’ litigation, trial, and instructional experience, both in private practice and with the U.S. Department of Justice in both prosecution and defense. He holds a Ph.D. (Chemistry) from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Bars of the States of Colorado, Oregon (inactive) and of the United States Supreme Court.
